Management and coordination of construction work on the assigned section_x000D_
Organization of the work team and division of tasks_x000D_
Quality control of construction works being carried out_x000D_
Ensuring compliance with the construction schedule and technological procedures_x000D_
Communication with construction manager and subcontractors_x000D_
Supervision of compliance with safety regulations and OHS_x000D_
Receipt and inspection of delivered construction material_x000D_
Ensuring smooth construction site logistics_x000D_
Management of construction documentation and work progress reports_x000D_
Solving operational problems and unexpected situations on the construction site_x000D_
Responsibility for compliance with KZP and TP agreed by the client_x000D_
What do we expect from you?_x000D_
SÅ/VÅ education in the field of construction (ideally engineering construction or a similar field)_x000D_
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position_x000D_
Knowledge of construction legislation, standards and regulations related to engineering construction_x000D_
Orientation in project documentation and technological procedures_x000D_
The ability to manage and coordinate a work team, ensuring health and safety on the construction site_x000D_
Communication and organizational skills_x000D_
Jewish ID card. B_x000D_
