We are looking for a Projects Implementation Engineer to be responsible for the implementation and management of energy efficiency projects at customer sites. This involves overseeing project execution, managing third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to the health and safety standards set by ELPEDISON and the customer, monitoring financials, and maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure successful outcomes. The role also includes reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improving project delivery processes What will you do: Undertake the implementation of energy efficiency projects on ELPEDISON customer-sites. Monitor and manage the implementation of the works, on-site, with close monitoring and management of the Vendors. Be responsible for the close monitoring of the efficacy and quality of the tasks pertaining to the Operation & Maintenance Services, Installed Equipment, etc. that have been assigned to 3rd party/Vendors and for the timely reporting of the inconsistencies observed. Maintain excellent working relationship with customers to ensure that their needs are met along with the guaranteed returns, as applicable. Be responsible for the close monitoring of the compliance with Health and Safety plans as defined by ELPEDISON and the customer, identifying potential risks during the implementation of projects assigned to third parties/vendors and reporting of any inconsistencies observed. Monitor contracts to ensure that all customer liabilities towards Elpedison are well satisfied and evaluate vendors performance along the project lifecycle, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements are well met. Monitor project financials and update or/and advise the Energy Efficiency Services Construction, Operation and Maintenance Section Manager accordingly and maintains all supporting project financial analysis for audit and reviews processes. Assist the Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Section Manager in monitoring the pre-agreed KPIs per each specific customer case or/and energy service project and pursues monthly assurance tasks. Coordinate direct payments, processes advance requests and prepares project budget revisions and financial reports. Monitor Energy Efficiency or/and Energy Conservation KPIs and reports them in pre-agreed templates and formats. On a regular basis coordinate vendor communications, time schedules, meetings and report as necessary and follows the execution of services by the vendors and effectively manage their planning and quality of their works. Identify operational, administrative, financial and other bottlenecks that may impede the timely delivery of a project. Recommend solutions and takes appropriate remedial actions. Monitor the measurement and verification (M&V) performance KPIs, according to agreed terms and suggests optimization measures per customer. Provide tactical or ad-hoc reporting according to the customer requests and guidelines of Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Department. Analyse and propose improvements of the Section procedures to the Energy Efficiency Services Construction, Operation and Maintenance Section Manager.
