Position Description:_x000D_
We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient service technician for the field of technical building equipment (TZB). If you have experience with the installation, maintenance and repair of TZB systems, then we are looking for you._x000D_
Work load:_x000D_
• Diagnostics, repairs and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sewage systems._x000D_
• Installation of new technical equipment on construction sites._x000D_
• Cooperation with other team members and communication with clients regarding their needs and expectations._x000D_
• Keeping records of work performed and maintenance._x000D_
We require:_x000D_
• Education in the field of technical building equipment or a related field._x000D_
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years._x000D_
• Knowledge of technical documentation and orientation in the TZB field._x000D_
• Independence, diligence and responsibility for the sacred task._x000D_
• Jewish ID card. B._x000D_
