In the activity of receiving eggs and packaging: Checks the quality of eggs, packaging and accompanying documents in the receiving warehouse. Monitors and checks the critical control points, "Egg storage" and "Finished storage". Notifies the Head of Quality Service any exceeding the limits provided by the HACCP plan. in the production activity: Check the quality of the eggs, packaging and accompanying documents in the reception warehouse; Check on the flow the agreement between the product (egg) and the stamp applied to it, the secondary packaging (boxes, casseroles, etc.), palletizing. It is ensured that the delivery of the products does not present damaged packaging or deadlines short. Participates in monthly/annual inventories. Applies preventive or combating measures (coordinates the DDD team). Monitors the dosage of the substances used. Ensures the preparation of the necessary documents. crisis situations regarding food safety together with CESA/RMM/RMC. Participates in the controls carried out by the authorities in the field. Participates in second and third party audits. Collects samples and ensures their transmission to external laboratories, also preparing the necessary documents. Performs analyzes of eggs and packaging weekly in the unit's laboratory. Monitors the implementation of actions to eliminate non-conformities. Has responsibilities in establishing the training requirements in the field of quality management. Responsible for keeping and protecting the documents prepared and used, avoiding their damage. Maintains the confidentiality of the data and information to which it has access.
