Apply now!Responsibilities:Provides legal support for matters related to the drafting and negotiation of project and supply contracts, delivers opinions on matters that arise during the assignment of projects / contracts / supplies and provides support in case of irregular contract developments (trials / other settlement procedures / arbitration – rules of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or Code of Civil Procedure)Provides legal support on licensing, environmental and other regulatory issuesMonitors case law and legislation concerning the organization, case law documentation, possible impacts on the organization and participates in formulating proposals for adapting to new legislative and case law data. Prepares regular briefing notes and proposes actions to inform the Departments, which are servedAssists in drafting policies and guidelines within the framework of documenting regulatory obligations and responsibilities for the Group's Departments, which are servedMonitors, communicates and collaborates, where required, with the legal advisors of partners / clients to resolve legal issuesSupports in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and other corporate documents (minutes, corporate powers of attorney, etc.), when requiredRepresents the company legally in courts, administrative authorities and public bodies, where deemed necessaryCoordinates the process of assigning legal support from external lawyers / partners and ensures the provision of regular updates and the drafting of briefing notesContributes to the management and maintenance of an effective filing system for legal documents and regularly drafts briefings notes on cases and decisionsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree from a University in LawMaster's degree in Law will be considered an additional qualificationAt least three (3) years of relevant experience in a large law firm or organizationExperience in arbitration procedures and FIDIC type construction contracts will be considered an additional qualificationExperience in the Energy or construction sector with experience in contract drafting and negotiation and judicial experience in matters of irregular contract development will be considered an additional qualificationMember of the Athens Bar Association or one of the regional Bar Associations of GreeceExcellent knowledge of the English languageKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & InternetKnowledge of specialized computer programs will be considered an additional qualificationCompetencies:Responsibility and result orientationTeamwork and collaborationProblem solving and decision makingEffective communicationCustomer orientationNegotiation and influencingCrisis management and conflict resolutionAnalytical and drafting skillsBenefits: Inclusive working environmentContinuous training and participation in development activitiesGroup health and life insurance programReduced electricity consumption invoice MyCarriera
