Quality Engineer - Injection of Plastic Masses

Checking the compliance of finished products with technical specifications and quality standards; Analyzing and interpreting data from production processes to identify defects and prevent them; Creating and updating quality control plans; Implementing and updating quality procedures and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or other relevant standards); Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and technical specifications; Collaboration with the production and technical teams to solve quality problems arising in the injection process; Identifying the root causes of defects, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive measures; Coordinating actions to resolve complaints from to clients; Participating in 8D analyzes or other problem solving methods; Organizing and participating in internal and external audits (systems, processes and products); Elaborating quality reports and monitoring performance indicators; Periodic communication of results and recommendations to management.
