Candidate Profile:
Degree in Tourism School with specialization in Culinary Art.
Relevant experience in a similar position.
Good experience in: Banqueting, cold, central or a la carte.
Good knowledge of Greek and Italian cuisine will be considered an additional qualification.
Knowledge of HACCP and working in an ISO environment will be an added advantage.
Creativity and focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability of interpersonal relations, proper communication, organization and teamwork.
Good knowledge of the English language will be considered an additional advantage.
