Aftersales Services and Tires Executive
(Belgrade)
Job Description:
Providing service and customer assistance with problem repairs
Preparation of the list for procurement and scheduling of appointments for their replacement
Solving customer problems on the road during business hours
Coding and entering invoices in SAOP
Formation and complete process of purchase orders
Entry of all services, mileage, as well as wheel changes
List of tires, organization of replacement and tender for scrap tires
Annual inspections of vehicles in the office
Creation of weekly and monthly expense reports

Position Requirements:
Previous work experience in the automotive industry
Good knowledge of the English language
Category B driver's license
Computer skills
