is looking to recruit professionals for the vacant position Implementation Architect for one of the largest companies specialized in the field of civil and industrial constructions.
Position Summary:
The Implementation Architect has a very good knowledge of the project and its specifications, performs the preparation of architectural drawings, the preparation of tender packages, schedules the processes of architectural works, coordinates with the team leaders for architectural refinish works, supervises the quality of works and the deadlines of architectural and material works
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains constant contact with the design studios, the consultant or the client regarding the project
Project coordination and implementation;
Study and become familiar with the Developed Project and its specifications;
It is ensured that the materials given for implementation are complete and ready for implementation in relation to the disciplines of the project;
Responsible for managing and updating projects and their progress/history on servers and project folders on the intranet;
Prepares timely drawings according to the requirements of the technical staff of the implementation;
Prepares architectural drawings to be included in tender packages, according to its nature;
Exchanges information on architectural works, which are subcontracted with potential bidders/suppliers;
Analyzes bids for compliance with the project and its requirements;
Analyzes construction drawings for compliance with developed projects and makes necessary additions to the site as needed;
It helps in programming the processes of construction and architectural works, based on the general schedule of works;
Collaborates/assists with team leaders for architectural refinishing works;
Supervises the quality and deadlines of architecture works and materials;
Drafts various reports at the request of superiors;
Documents all project phases and maintains relevant documentation/log for project updates and ensures timely update of projects prior to implementation.
Reading of type projects, general layout, infrastructure, technical specifications and all other elements of the project;
Familiarity with the implementation, the field project, as well as the structure of the company as a whole and of the project in particular;
Familiarity with company procedures, with subcontractors, familiarity with designer and implementer contracts;
Compilation of the executive details of the implementation project, according to the instructions of superiors;
Breakdown and Drawing of type details;
Drawing of different elements of the project according to the requirements of the site;
Coordinating and providing the necessary information to the finance department for refinishing works;
Reads the projects of typical villas, general layout, infrastructure, technical specifications and all other elements of the project;
Manages orders for refinishing materials at the site according to projects and customer requirements;
Prepares type detail drawings of various elements of the project according to site requirements;
Keeping the chronology of the submission of projects, changes or projects in continuous submission by third parties and drawing up weekly reports for individual work and monthly report on the progress of projects and relevant issues for resolution;
Other duties as may be assigned by his supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Education: Possess a university degree in the Architecture study program.
Experience: Over 5 years of experience in both design and implementation
Skills:
· Critical ability on refinishing details expressed on the functional and aesthetic side;
· Ability to coordinate related work and projects;
· Ability to work in a team;
· Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages ​​would be an advantage.
