The job contains both an authority and a job consultant function. In addition, the job will include guidance and help with internships and job searches for citizens on early retirement who apply. Part of the job therefore also involves legislation/authority work, work capacity descriptions, and eventually other administrative functions within the flexi-job and early retirement area. The job is anchored in Aktiv Insads, which is part of Center Arbejdsmarked og Borgerservice. Here we are approx. 95 skilled and dedicated employees divided into 4 departments, namely Citizen Service & Benefits, Job Effort, Active Effort and the Youth Unit. We handle citizen service tasks, pay benefits and handle job center tasks and educational guidance. We are ambitious in relation to the centre's core tasks and take pride in providing good service to the municipality's citizens, businesses and other partners.
