Quality, service and product development at the fore
Cassøe is one of Denmark's leading suppliers of innovative plumbing articles and accessories for bathrooms and kitchens. The company is an independent brand under the listed Svedbergs Group group, which employs a total of approx. 530 employees.
At Cassøe, 15 dedicated employees work, who put quality, service and product development first, and who work every day to expand the range based on future trends and trends. Showroom, office and storage facilities are located in Herning, from where the team services customers throughout Scandinavia.
At his own request, the current CEO and former owner is resigning, and we are therefore looking for you who can excel in a hands-on leadership role, where visibility, communication and action are paramount.
You yourself report directly to the chairman, Michael Cassøe.
Your tasks and areas of responsibility:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and continued development of Cassøe
Lead, motivate and support the management team and employees in their daily work and development
Daily monitoring of performance traction and operational tasks
Develop, standardize and maintain processes, workflows and business reports
Overall responsible for the economy incl. continuous reporting
Ensure that the sales organization acts proactively and outperforms competitors in the industry
Maintain focus on the strategic basis, participate in further development of strategies and drive action and implementation plans for the company
Play an active role in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities that complement Cassøe
Ongoing dialogue with all the most important stakeholders and business partners to ensure optimal cooperation

Firefighter who can execute
You take the lead and are a clear and present leader who strengthens the common spirit and cross-organisational cooperation. You believe that you succeed best as a team, and as a leader you cannot help but work hands-on. On the contrary, you naturally take part in the running of the company and translate your innovative ideas into results.
You already have experience from a management position at C-level, and therefore you are used to leading managers at a high level. From here you have experience with organizational development, Nordic B2B sales, contract negotiations and budgets. You probably come from a large Danish trading or production company and are used to working with design products. If you also have experience with acquisitions and mergers incl. change management, then the path into the job becomes even easier.
As a person, you are energetic, decision-making, strategic and commercially minded. You understand the importance of building and maintaining good relationships with business partners, and you are a clear communicator.
It is also an advantage if you are familiar with Uniconta and PowerBI and are fluent in Danish and English.
