Job Description
The Leda Village Resort in Pelion is looking for candidates for the position: Chef for the summer season 2025. Duties: Production, preparation and preparation of a large volume of food for restaurant buffet or ala carte Management of food supply and storage. Ensuring adherence to food management and hygiene standards Participation in the creation of new recipes and menus Essential qualifications: Graduate of a Culinary School (Greece or abroad) Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the specific position Knowledge of the English language Ability to work under pressure, foresight and activity to provide high quality results Collaborative with the F & B manager and subordinates Necessary recent photo Desired qualifications: Knowledge of kitchen organization, orders and inventories Position code : CHEF
