We are looking for a Sales Consultant for the Lisbon area, with the aim of offering personalized financial solutions and creating unique customer experiences. What will be your challenges? Ensure personalized and excellent face-to-face service for customers and partners; Support in clarifying post-sales issues; Advise and support customers in choosing the products best suited to their needs; Ensure compliance with SLAs agreed and contracted with partners, and achievement of production, quality and risk objectives; Manage administrative processes related to sales. What are we looking for in you? Bachelor's degree (preferred requirement); Minimum experience of 1 year in similar functions; Commercial experience (mandatory requirement); Experience in face-to-face customer service; Intermediate knowledge of English; Good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact. What do we offer? Temporary employment contract with Adecco Human Resources; Opening hours from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm; Monthly base salary: 896; Food voucher: 10.20/day worked, on the meal card; Variable premium.
