Customer Operations Support Associate
(White Tower)
The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for monitoring and managing an expanded range of requests we receive from our customers, preparing regular reports, as well as handling communications with internal departments in order to provide optimal service.
Main responsibilities of the position:
Manage customer requests received from all platforms/emails.
Daily communication with customers to manage their needs.
Task management based on customer service SLAs.
Prepare reports for the Operations and Logistics department.
Mail management
Cooperation with other departments of the company and daily support of the sales department.
Necessary Qualifications:
Graduate of Higher Education.
Excellent knowledge of PC and ERP programs.
Previous experience in a relevant department of a commercial company will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
