We are currently looking for an Electrical Construction Manager based in Paiania for the Power Technologies team of the M Power Projects division to join our team. Your Role: Lead electrical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schematics, and change orders. Provide regular reports on project status, including progress, budget adherence, and any issues. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure project objectives are met. Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure construction meets specified standards. Conduct regular reviews and inspections of project deliverables. What You Bring to the Role: Experience: 7+ years of experience in EPC projects. Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering. Previous experience with PowerTrain will be a strong asset. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office. Certification: Project Management certifications will be considered an asset. Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
