For our partner, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the following position: HR manager (Veszprém county) Duties Active participation in the operation and development of HR processes; HR strategy development; HR team coordination, motivation and development; Carrying out strategic and operational tasks related to recruitment and selection activities - further development of resource management; Coordination of entry and exit process, on-boarding support; Support of managers in organizational matters; Coordination of payroll tasks; Operation of a performance evaluation system; Organization of trainings, educations, knowledge transfers from the technical side; performing tasks related to GDPR legal compliance; Preparation of reports for the company manager.
