IT Support Student for the IT and Digitization Department

We are currently looking for an IT support trainee for our IT and Digitization department in Slagelse Municipality. Here you get the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally, while you work together with good colleagues. What does the training entail? As an IT support student with us, you become part of our IT and Digitization team. You will help your colleagues with their IT challenges so that they can focus on their work. Your main task is to provide efficient and good IT support. It is not a requirement that you have worked with IT before, but you must want to understand technical problems. You must also have a good understanding of the Office package and an interest in familiarizing yourself with the municipality's other systems. Who are we? Our IT support team in Korsør consists of 45 dedicated employees. Together we receive and resolve user inquiries in our Service Desk. You will have an exciting everyday life with both 1st level support and tasks in specialized subject groups (2nd level). What do we expect from you? This is that you must at least have passed the basic course in data and communication. If you are older than 25 and have relevant work experience/education, your skills must be assessed by a student advisor at a technical school. If you already have a prior learning assessment or have been in a school internship, please attach documentation for this, including documentation for the length of the internship.
