The railway is one of the most sustainable modes of transport, and in these years there are historically many projects on the line. You can help contribute to the development of the green infrastructure of the future by setting the direction for some of the largest construction projects in the country, which typically have budgets of between DKK 0.5 and 1.5 billion. Banedanmark is looking for a contract construction manager who will manage and coordinate large station and track reconstruction projects. In addition to being responsible for the execution of the project, you will be involved in the planning of future projects, which you or your team colleagues will bring to reality. Your role as contract construction manager You set the direction for the projects you manage. This includes, among other things: Solid planning and management of specialist construction managers as well as systematic follow-up with suppliers and internal partners. Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the contract and applicable legislation in cooperation with Banedanmark's lawyers. Presence on the construction site as a local manager, where you create a good and collaborative working environment. Coordination with the area's team leaders and other partners to ensure progress. Implementation of a fixed structure for project execution using detailed execution plans and whiteboard management. An analytical and systematic approach, where you continuously acquire new technical knowledge and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and financially responsible manner. An open approach to feedback, where you both give and receive input to strengthen collaboration and the quality of the project. Your profile You have experience in carrying out railway projects as a supervisor or construction manager, but this is not a requirement. Salary and terms of employment As an academic, you are employed in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and AC. For HK, employment is covered by the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and Public Employees' Organizations - The State Area and the Organizational Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and HK/STAT, Denmark, as well as the protocol for office clerks employed by Banedanmark.
