Logistics (M/Ž) - 8-hour morning and afternoon shifts

What will be your task?_x000D_
• Responsibility for incoming and outgoing shipments, document preparation, material clearance._x000D_
• Daily communication with carriers - planning and ordering transportation, receiving and issuing shipments, expediting deliveries, negotiating prices, tracking shipments on the way._x000D_
• Communication with customers and other departments._x000D_
• Work also includes administration and systems management._x000D_
• Participating in the improvement of warehouse and logistics processes._x000D_
• The position includes 8-hour shifts (morning + afternoon) with the possibility of additional weekend scheduling._x000D_
How do we imagine our colleague?_x000D_
• You are no stranger to working on a computer, and you are especially familiar with the Excel program - you can, for example, add or remove cells, create tables and use simple functions._x000D_
• You have at least the basics of English, which you will use when communicating by e-mail and working with our systems._x000D_
• If you already know the SAP system, it is an advantage, but definitely not a condition – we will be happy to teach you everything you need._x000D_
