Network Administrator (NOC)
.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring the smooth operation of the optical fiber network and its equipment.
Communication with engineers and partners for immediate problem remediation.
Manage network events and implement management procedures.
Adherence to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Required Qualifications:
University/Tei or IEK degree in a technological or scientific field.
2+ years of experience in network monitoring, fault management & related telecommunications field.
Experience with NMS network monitoring systems (eg Logic Monitor, SOA, Service Now, OTDR).
Knowledge of fixed telephony network architecture.
Good command of English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Availability to work in shifts (24/7).
