you will represent the company in personal negotiations, especially with potential customers and supplier companies, at social events, conferences and events_x000D_
you will maintain active networking within the development and construction markets_x000D_
you will monitor the market in the field of civil engineering in the private and public sector_x000D_
in cooperation with the marketing department, you will provide promotional and reference materials necessary for the presentation of the company_x000D_
in cooperation with the head of the sales department and the executive director of the company, you will participate in the creation of a business strategy_x000D_
in cooperation with the head of the sales department, you will take part in drawing up the company's business plans_x000D_
What knowledge and skills should you have_x000D_
min. 2 years of experience in the field of construction (at least partial knowledge of the market in the segment of land construction is an advantage)_x000D_
minimum high school, ideally construction, economic or business education_x000D_
communicative and pleasant demeanor_x000D_
proactive and initiative approach_x000D_
result orientation and ability to work under pressure_x000D_
excellent communication and negotiation skills_x000D_
