Cash register assistant - Mercator, Idea, Roda

For the needs of our client, we are looking for young people for the job of cash register assistant in retail stores in several locations in Belgrade.

Job Description:

- supplements the Department he works on with items delegated by the facility manager 

- carries out price changes of items - registers to work at the cash register with his code and is responsible for the cash deposit amount, determined in agreement with the manager of the facility 

- scans every single item at the checkout 

- returns the change to the consumer - issues a fiscal slip to the consumer while checking the correctness of the means of payment (money, check, voucher), if the consumer pays with citizens' checks, establishes his identity on the card and check with an ID card. On the back of the check, he writes the details of the owner of the check, and in the corner his mark - informs the present manager (manager, deputy manager) in case of receiving all kinds of complaints from consumers 

- acts according to the account reversal procedure, in the case of the need to reverse an item/items on the account, or the entire account, call the manager/deputy manager/head of the Cash Department who performs the account reversal 

- is obliged to, with a polite and due apology, politely inspect the bags/bags that the consumer may have with him 

- informs the consumer about all the information related to the current ongoing prize games, the loyalty program, the Super card and the like) 

- displays goods in accordance with the planogram and marks items on shelves and secondary positions, according to the employer's rules and standards 

- fills in crossmerchading strips and baskets 

- respects the dress code and carries a mandatory identification card 

- properly cleans the working and sales part of the space where he works, 

 - maintains the workplace in a state of high order and thoroughly and thoroughly cleans the cash registers, after closing the point of sale 

- observes prescribed procedures and instructions in order to ensure personal safety and health at work, environmental protection and provision of better quality services and products that are marketed to the end consumer 

- acts according to the Employer's valid Procedures on the safety and behavior of employees, both in regular and emergency situations (in the case of robbery and/or shoplifting, burglary, verbal, physical contact, etc.) 

- performs other related tasks, as ordered by the manager of the facility

Working hours per shift - flexible (minimum 4 hours of work per shift).

Hourly rate 320 dinars.

Student-youth cooperatives can hire only persons who are not younger than 15 years old and not older than 30 years old based on the Law on Cooperatives (Article 23). Other applications will not be considered.
