Foreign procurement officer

Job Description:

procures goods from abroad

monitors the realization of ordered goods

market research, search for new products and proposals for purchasing them

communication with sales agents of foreign partners

collection of bids and proposals for hiring carriers of goods from abroad (road and container transport)

reconciles excess/shortage of imported goods

submitting complaints to foreign suppliers

taking samples for sanitary inspection and acting upon the request of sanitary inspection

analysis of goods sales and monitoring of competition

organization of monthly sales actions

work on projects within the company, reorganization of retail showrooms, organization of trade fairs

participates in the creation and procurement of certificates and attestations

responsible for fulfilling all duties and obligations prescribed by the contract, the systematization of the workplace and the work regulations

Conditions:

minimum IV degree of vocational education

knowledge of the English language

computer skills (MS Office)

category B driver's license

previous experience in the same or similar jobs for at least 2 years
