We are currently looking for a Hotel Reservations Intern to join our team at Meliá Athens . Key responsibilities As a Reservations Intern, you will: Assist in handling reservations via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests’ needs are met. Answer the phone and serve customers kindly and courteously, following service standards Update and maintain the reservations system with accuracy. Support the Reservations Team in daily administrative tasks. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Know the current and future availability Know all the types of rooms that the establishment has, as well as its common areas, etc. What are we looking for? TEI/ AEI/ IEK/ ΔΙΙΕΚ/COLLEGE undergraduates Strong communication skills in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus) A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Basic computer skills (knowledge of reservations systems is a plus) A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
