Strategic Purchaser Feladatok Ownership of the eProcurement tool Processing of requisitions and eAuctions in the eProcurement tool Preparing, handling and uploading contracts & framework agreements to the eProcurement tool and OneDrive destinations Driving tender projects in coordination with Eastern European Operational Purchasers and in alignment with regional Team Leader Support the implementation of regional procurement procedures and standards Support the Eastern European Operation Purchasers and the Team Leader Purchasing Manage relationship with suppliers, including managing day to day operations, issues & escalations Secure supply possibilities by providing competitive solutions, alternatives for materials/ services related to modernization or spare part projects with quality, time and cost in focus Develop relationship with Eastern European Operational Purchasers to effectively leverage expertise across the wider organization Understand the local market trends and regulation changes that may affect our business operations and communicate impacts proactively Mitigate supply chain risks, exploit opportunities based on market trends and demand to avoid potential damage through comprehensive risk and claim management Support the business in ensuring information-flow, organizing the supplier and procurement related materials Elvárások Completed higher education Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Confident English language skills, both spoken and written Strong Excel skills (pivot tables) Team player Good negotiation and organizational skills Advantages Knowledge of SAP Certification in logistics Practical knowledge of export-import Advanced Excel skills (macros) Knowledge of Polish/Czech/Romanian languages Amit kínálunk Competitive salary Annual bonus Cafeteria benefits Medicover Munkavégzés helye Budapest
