Transportation Shift Supervisor - Oinofita DC Job’s Purpose As a Transportation Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Transportation Team and you will actively participate and coordinate a large range of transportation operations. The role, among other things, requires you to manage a team of various drivers and cooperate effectively with different stakeholders. What you will focus on Ensure, monitor and check the availability of the appropriate resources (vehicles, drivers, etc.). Coordinate the day-to-day activities/mechanisms regarding the daily delivery processes and the invoicing procedures. Manage the routing program on a daily basis. Handle the distribution optimization of orders. Conduct regular audits on the delivery processes and equipment. Monitor regularly & ad hoc, the differences between initial routing plan and final delivery route of orders. Participate in the selection, training and performance evaluation of drivers’ team. Who we are looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or relevant field.
