IT Manager

Kariera Group on behalf of our client, a leading construction company based in Aspropyrgos, Attica, is looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to oversee and strategically develop the IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems, and designing solutions that support business activities. Main Responsibilities: Install, monitor, and maintain hardware and software. Manage the corporate network (LAN/WAN), server room, and cloud infrastructure. Update and upgrade IT systems based on business needs. Develop and implement technology strategies to optimize company operations. Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve productivity and security. Implement data protection measures in compliance with GDPR. Ensure IT system reliability and security. Ensure optimal utilization of available resources. Define and manage the IT department’s budget. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of network technologies, cloud systems, and ERP platforms. Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection. Excellent team and project management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
