Account Support Specialist (Chinese Speaker) What you will do in our team:✅Provide support to eMAG Marketplace sellers in using the platform;✅Resolve aftersales requests from colleagues in Customer Care;✅Communicate with sellers from the Sales China team: Contacting sellers in order to resolve situations from the Customer department Which;✅Provides support to sellers (updating stock, approving receipts/withdrawals, contacting customers in order to improve the delivery process);✅Checks delayed orders daily;✅Checks erroneously registered returns daily;✅Checks the accuracy of product information (restore documentation for products associated incorrectly or with erroneous specifications);✅Communicates with the authorized service of sellers;✅Resolves requests from the China Sales team;✅Reactivates the products in the eMAG platform after confirming the price with the seller;✅Operates the statuses for purchase orders in the company's IT system of eMAG Marketplace sellers.
