Would you like to contribute to effective financial management in Banedanmark? Then you might be our new controller in the operational finance section!
Operational economics is currently developing the financial management processes at the same time as we ensure good, stable operations in our core tasks. For you, this means that you will get an exciting opportunity to help manage finances and get a contributing role with plenty of opportunities and tasks that match your preferences.
In addition to classic financial management, you must analyse, formulate notes and prepare processes, which you can be involved in right from the start.
Operating economics continues to develop rapidly and we therefore need more new, skilled employees. We are responsible for the salary and operating finances in Banedanmark, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts and management information. In addition, we work with diverse financial issues in a complex organization with many activities and major analyzes in the coming years.
In your new section, there are 12 employees, 3 student assistants, a team leader and a section manager. Operational economics belongs organizationally to the area of ​​Group Economics, which together with the area of ​​Construction and Infrastructure Economics constitutes the total area of ​​economics with a total of approx. 90 employees.
Financial management and consultancy
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of different tasks, including among other things:

Financial management and financial coordination of invoicing
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Transversal financial management with controlling of wages and other operations
Preparation of management information
Contribute to the development of the financial management of Banedanmark's operating licence
Work with analysis and advise managers responsible for budgets.

The work in Operations Economics is characterized by a frequent dialogue with the other sections in Economics and other areas in Banedanmark. Therefore, expect a varied working day with many different tasks and contact points in the organization.

Good understanding of numbers and a structured approach to work tasks
Your educational background is not the most important thing, but we imagine that you have a social science background with relevance to the tasks you have to solve. You can be a recent graduate or have a few years' experience with budgeting and controlling.
In the end, it is your abilities, personal commitment and motivation that count the most. It is important that you work methodically and generally have a good understanding of numbers. It is equally important that you are able to communicate your points clearly and clearly to others who do not have the same background as you. You manage to build trusting relationships and thrive in the sparring role.
Salary and terms of employment
As an academic, you are employed according to the applicable collective agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and AC.
For HK, employment is covered by the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and Public Employees' Organizations - The State Area and the Organizational Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and HK/STAT, Denmark, as well as the protocol for office clerks employed by Banedanmark. As a starting point, the position is placed in salary group 4.
For both AC and HK, it applies that the final salary is determined on the basis of your experience and qualifications and that a pension is added in accordance with the collective agreement.
