Maintenance Coordinator

Mission: The position holder will lead the maintenance activity of the factory and its operation according to company procedures. Direct manager: Factory Director Main responsibilities: You will coordinate the repair and maintenance activity in optimal working condition of the production equipment; You will ensure the implementation of the new maintenance procedures aligned with the group standards; You will achieve And follow the budget allocated to maintenance projects; You will coordinate the evaluation of the technical condition of the equipment and the interventions to solve the problems arising in this regard, with your own maintenance teams or with third-party companies; You will coordinate the preparation and updating of the technical documentation necessary for all equipment; You will ensure the existence and updating of the necessary spare parts for the maintenance activity; You will work together with the Investment Manager on the local implementation of the investment projects; You will ensure the training of subordinate teams and their regular training in the OH&S, SU and Environment area.
