Job Description
Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsibility for distribution turnover: - Monitoring and achieving national sales objectives. - Establishing clearly defined growth targets for each region and ensuring their achievement. 2. Building and managing the Area Sales Managers (ASM) team: - Recruiting and developing a high performing ASM team to deliver results at the level national.- Will be responsible for the team's success through mentoring, coaching, setting clear goals and providing constant feedback.- Ensuring a balance between understanding the needs of the team and imposing high performance standards, creating an environment that motivates and pushes the team towards excellence.- Management of team performance, both individually, both as a whole, by setting objectives and providing constant feedback and support.- Organization of periodic trainings to develop the team's skills. 3. Development of strategies for the B2B market (ventilation):- Analysis of the ventilation market in Romania and identification of expansion opportunities.- Proposing and implementing growth strategies that To take into account the dynamics of the market and the needs of distributors. 4. Managing the relationship with national distributors:- Ensuring a solid and long-term relationship with existing distributors.- Expanding the distribution network by identifying new partners and collaborators in key regions. 5. Effective collaboration with internal departments:- Work closely with the logistics and marketing departments to optimize distribution processes and support sales growth.- Developing the relationship with the projects department to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the construction and national works sector.- Participating in inter-departmental meetings to align the strategies of sales and distribution with operational and marketing plans. 6. Identification of opportunities in new markets:- Continuous monitoring of emerging markets and identification of new business segments for ventilation solutions.- Coordination of team efforts to penetrate these new markets and develop the distribution network In unexplored areas. 7. Performance and operational efficiency monitoring:- Implementation of a system of KPIs to constantly evaluate the team's performance and to improve the processes where necessary.- Analyzing sales data and adjusting strategies according to the evolution of the market and results. Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in the management of sales/distribution teams at the national level, in the B2B sector.- Experience in developing and managing relations with distribution partners and optimizing logistics processes.- Excellent leadership skills, ability to build and team motivation. - Strong communication skills, negotiation and the ability to make strategic decisions based on market analysis. - Availability for frequent travel at the national level.
