Necessary Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Creative, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
Strong team player & result oriented
Desirable
qualifications
:
Have knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation (HACCP)
Excellent knowledge on the new trends in the specific job area
Professional appearance and behavior
Staff on the job training
