The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient management of contracts, budgets and materials, using SAP for monitoring expenses, compliance with financial terms and conditions, and maintaining optimal relations with contractual partners. We create the context for you to develop, being responsible for: Cost Control: Verification and tracking of invoices and supporting documents related to each ongoing contract; Budget execution: Follow-up and monthly updating of budget execution, making sure that all expenses are aligned with the approved budget. Contract Management: Monitoring execution of contracts, including compliance with financial and delivery conditions, and guaranteeing correct management in accordance with organizational policies; Use of SAP: SAP MM PUR and SAP MM LOG; Preparation and writing of work orders based on contracts, updating the annual purchase plan in the corresponding platforms and applications; Development and maintenance of effective relationships with contractual partners. Management of materials in SAP, including their registration on various parks, introduction stock and spare parts management.
