Senior Accountant

Your main responsibilities will be: Bookkeeping and checking the accuracy and completeness of accounting records. Checking, allocating and reconciling accounts payable and receipts. Preparing specific reports. Managing payments and entering them into the ERP system. Monitoring and Recording financial transactions and accounting operations in accordance with company policies and regulations. Assisting audit activities by providing the necessary information and preparing the requested documentation together with the team. Performing monthly closing accounting activities. Preparing and submitting files statistics. Preparation of reports and periodic financial statements, in accordance with Financial Reporting and Monthly Control requirements or other analyzes requested ad hoc. Collaboration with the controlling team to ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and internal policies and controls. Monthly payroll processing for one of our divisions, accurately and on time. Collaboration interdepartmental to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with delivery deadlines.
