Senior HR Business Partner As Senior HR BP, you will be responsible for the strategic consultation of respective business regarding the following core competencies: Business Enabler responsibility for and contribution to HR topics based on the respective division’s business strategy and ensuring of appropriate topic visibility and prioritization, HR impact from business strategy (e. g. new business areas, products) and consultation on concrete recommendations regarding implementation and measures consultation and steering of organizational changes Organizational Development Guaranteeing the right HR approach (like span of control, right grading) in case of any structural changes in the respective business area Strategic partner in case of any carve out or outsourcing / insourcing issue within the respective area with the right E2E approach Talent und Performance Management Ensuring transparency and supervision of the performance process; derivation of strategic follow-up measures (incl. performance and qualification management) development of transparency (processes, results) in talent development and Fair Share; derivation and steering of strategic follow-up measures positioning of talent and performance management in management meetings Total Workforce Management Steering and implementation of overall TWM process of the supported area, using the instruments according to the product list derivation of personnel planning, including budget planning for qualification measures business and finance planning be advisor in case of qualitative and quantitative IWF/ EWF planning (costs and stock), skill planning (skill development), planning of sourcing/purchasing concept steering of personnel restructuring measures in supervised business divisions steering and implementing the right target achievement measures Overlapping Projects with business impact, where HR related issues happen Qualifications a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HR - mainly as HR business partner fluency in English Higher education, preferably in HR/administration/business/economics excellent IT skills (Excel, word, PPT) strong proactive attitude, hard priorisation skills, with deep focus on coordination and responsibility precise, mature and self-sufficient personality Munkavégzés helye Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, Szeged
