Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens at Glyfada, Athens is looking to recruit Sous Chef (Ορισμένου Χρόνου) Join our home in Athens where sea meets sky, featuring ground-floor and rooftop pools and a pair of restaurants, serving as a portal to both the playful swim culture of the Riviera and the energy of the ancient capital. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Job requirements Degree/certification in Culinary Studies Work experience at the same position in hotel environment or restaurant Ability to acknowledge guests' requests in a polite manner Ability to clearly communicate in verbal English Ability to apply logical thinking and understanding to carry out written and oral instructions Ability to address and solve problems involving guest and operational issues Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation.
