Required qualifications:
Graduate of the School of Culinary Arts
Experience in an equivalent or similar position as a department manager
Good command of the English language
Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and dynamic personality
Ability to lead, train and motivate a team
Ability to familiarize yourself with the new practices of gastronomy
Spirit of cooperation and teamwork
Creativity and methodicality
Excellent knowledge of hygiene, safety and food handling procedures
Focus on providing high level services
