Maternity leave in Basisgruppen Solsikken

As our educator is going on maternity leave, we are looking for a new educator for this temporary position. We are looking for a trained pedagogue for 37 hours per week for a temporary maternity position starting [phone removed] or [phone removed]. Solsikken is a basic group according to Section 4 of the Day Care Act, which in practice means that Solsikken is part of day care in Solrød Municipality. Solsikken is an all-day service for children with special needs. Since November 2021, Solsikken has had an address at Lindevej 10 in Havdrup, and currently has 10 children aged 3-6 searched for the offer. The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Target group: There cannot be a comprehensive and unambiguous definition of the target group for a base place in Solsikken. Nevertheless, there are some common characteristics for children in basic places:•                     They do not thrive or develop over a longer period in their original day care, even though the day care has involved the parents, implemented various support measures and involved other professionals.•                    They are in a marginalized position, and their ability to live will deteriorate in the long term if they do not receive special support and pedagogy that promotes their development and learning.•                    They need a well-being special educational efforts during the majority of the day, in order to continue to thrive and develop.•                     These are children who may have a medical diagnosis, more than one diagnosis and/or psychosocial difficulties. In the job, emphasis will be placed on you having good relationship skills and being able to work structured and systemic. We are looking for a colleague who: Is professionally committed and shows joy in the interaction with the children. Is ready to adapt; our children need a recognizable and continuous daily life, but can have difficult days when they have to meet in a very special way. Can create presence, security and a calm atmosphere around you. Can work structured and systemic. You have an understanding of the value of good parental cooperation, as well as an understanding of the parents' situation. Works appreciatively and meets the children where they are. Can work interdisciplinary. Cooperation with PPR with monthly meetings between e.g. psychologist, speech therapist and physiotherapist, as well as continuous follow-up of the enrolled children's action plans and the special educational efforts. Network meetings with the children's parents and other partners are an essential part of the follow-up of the enrolled children's development. Has knowledge of the strengthened curriculum within day care. Qualifications:•                     You are a trained pedagogue, preferably with special educational experience.•                     You are able to structure the children's group's learning and play environments.•                     You have good relationship skills.•                     You have good didactic skills.•                     You have the ability to accommodate the individual child in joint activities. in everyday life.•                     You have good written skills. You are joining an institution where you will have talented colleagues who value open, trusting and honest collaboration.
