Børnehuset Sønderled is looking for a relationally strong and appreciative nursery teacher, with a focus on safety and presence, who is passionate about the good life of children.

We appreciate being a smaller daycare, with 12 nursery school children and up to 65 kindergarten children spread over 3 rooms. The position is currently in the nursery department.

Who we are:

We work in the 13th year based on KRAP, which has become our pedagogical approach, an approach that is very close to practice and with it, for us, a real view of humanity. KRAP's methods and tools act as scaffolding for our professionalism and give us the opportunity to have a strong focus on early intervention and inclusion.
We are in the process of implementing GROW in our educational foundation and in our everyday life. Almost the entire house has the training and the last ones are on during 2025. So here is a unique one. opportunity to be part of this development process and part of our common journey.
We are working on a green and sustainable profile, towards the Danish Nature Agency's green sprout flag.  
In everyday life, the community in outdoor life, play, creativity, storytelling, music and friendships fills up a lot. Both in the small and in the large community.

We are looking forward to finding an educator who, in addition to the above, can see himself in this:

Qualified pedagogue - preferably experienced and professionally well-grounded or newly qualified, curious and ambitious - this mostly means that you are the right person for the job.
You must be passionate about being with and developing children, be able to create security, presence and be strong in relationship work.
You are professionally skilled and competent, with a great desire to develop yourself and Børnehuset Sønderled.
Knowledge of KRAP and GROW will be a big plus.
Sees community and collaboration as a strength, in the institution and with parents.
Sees quality in structure for children and adults.
You are creative, see creativity with children as learning and work for the good life of children.
You want to work with sustainability, nature and find joy in the outdoors with small trips out of the house - perhaps on a bike ride with the cargo bike.
Finds joy in singing with the children and if you play the guitar or another instrument it is a plus.
You can work independently and are aware of your own skills and are good at bringing them into play.
You have a positive attitude, a good mood and can maintain an overview in a busy everyday life.
You are aware of responsibility, want to have influence and will actively contribute to promoting a good mental working environment.
