The Cantina is a growing canteen and daycare kitchen. With over 15 departments and 60+ colleagues, you will become a valuable member of our team. Starting from our bakery in Hinnerup, we produce bread for all our departments in Jutland and Funen. The job involves a great deal of co-determination, and you will be an active part in setting the direction for our bread.
 
 
Tasks:

Production of sourdough bread both for raw dough on frost and baked bread for our daycare kitchen.
Ensure high quality in production and maintain our standards for taste and durability.
Work independently and cooperate closely with other colleagues in the bakery department.

 
Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00.

A permanent position starting on 1 May.
Salary according to qualifications.
Agreement with RAF 2000.

Qualifications:

Experience with sourdough production is an advantage.
Experience from the bakery industry.
You are responsible, quality conscious and work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to join a team.
