Site manager - Civil engineer  

- Place of work: Kragujevac

Profile and qualifications
 

Higher vocational education in the construction profession - high-rise construction

Knowledge of the technology of construction, installation and finishing works in high-rise construction

At least 3 years of work experience in high-rise construction

Computer skills (MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project, Internet)

Category B driver's license

Indebtedness

Planning the dynamics of construction and monitoring the execution of works in accordance with the planned dynamics

Monthly planning of manpower, material and equipment needs

Creation of construction site documentation (construction book and construction diary)

Monthly reporting on the realization of the project within the stipulated deadlines, quality and costs

Taking care of the application of safety and health measures at work on the construction site

Required skills

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive approach to problem solving

Ability to work independently and in a team

Systematic, analytical and perseverance in achieving assigned tasks
