Head of machine maintenance in a confectionery factory

Confectionery company BG Produkt 1996 d.o.o., a leader in the production of high-quality products, is looking for an experienced and responsible head of machine maintenance. If you have technical knowledge, experience in leading a team and a desire to work in a production environment, join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our facilities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Organization, coordination and supervision of the activities of the machine maintenance team.
Planning and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
Monitoring and analyzing machine performance to reduce downtime and optimize operations.
Identification and resolution of technical problems in the shortest possible time.
Cooperation with manufacturing and other sectors to ensure smooth production.
Maintenance record keeping and regular reporting to superiors.
Proposing improvements and implementing new technical solutions.
Training and mentoring of maintenance team members.

Qualifications and skills:

VSS or SSS of technical direction (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar).
Experience in similar jobs (at least 3-5 years), preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of working with different types of production machinery and equipment.
Experience in managing teams and leadership skills.
Knowledge of maintenance planning tools.
Understanding of technical drawings and schematics.
Responsibility, analytical and ability to make quick decisions.
