Responsibilities:

Coordination, control and execution of activities related to the execution of works related to steel structures and equipment.

Reading projects and transferring data to the field

Analysis of project documentation (KM) and workshop documentation (KMD) and formulation of objections. Monitoring of their removal by appropriate services within the company and investors.

Formation of technical issues that appear in the project documentation and during the execution of works and their monitoring until the final closure. Maintaining a database of specified technical questions (TQ).

Work in the company's software package for the analysis and monitoring of the open front for the assembly of the cellular structure, entering data from the report on the completed works into the 3D platform, monitoring the submitted construction elements; data entry from the warehouse of the due construction; data preparation and entry into the Masterfile and sending a general/summarized production report on construction progress

Monitoring the delivery of steel structures and equipment to the construction site and working with the investor on the matter of setting and prioritizing the setting of materials.

Division of facilities into zones (contractor packages) - definition of "delivery package (DP)" in accordance with the schedule of works, the priority of putting factories into operation (commissioning priority) previously defined by colleagues responsible for that area.

Participation in the development of the assembly plan (method statement) with colleagues from another department responsible for its formation.

Formation of the plan / gantt chart / histogram / S curve of the assembly of the steel structure and equipment with the definition of critical objects. Identification of risks and formation of reports and plans for solutions / monitoring of critical moments of the aforementioned planning.

Creation of a detailed / daily plan for the execution of works, definition "by elements" of the assembly plan, preparation of the technical task and formation
work order
with the displayed scope, norm and amount of hours required to complete the planned task. Monitoring the execution of the specified work order.

Controlling the process of changes in the project and maintaining their register. If necessary (depending on the project) formation of RLMD "red lines markup drawings".

Required qualifications/competencies:

VII degree of professional education - Completed civil engineering / mechanical engineering faculty

We are considering both candidates without experience and those with experience (advantage) in the field of steel structures, process equipment, construction of industrial facilities. International experience an advantage.

Analytical and detailed approach to work, responsibility, precision, organization, communication, teamwork, field work

Knowledge of computer work (MS Office, AutoCad/AutoCad 3D, knowledge of work in Advance steel/Tekla advantage, knowledge of Primavera / Ms project)

Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage. Knowledge of the English language.
