Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination, control and execution of activities related to the execution of works related to the installation of technical pipelines and their testing.

Reading projects and transferring data to the field

Analysis of project documentation (IZO drawings, Line List, 3D model) and obtained workshop documentation (expanded IZO drawings with shown "S" and "F" connections) and formulation of remarks. Monitoring of their removal by appropriate services within the company and investors.

Checking the scope of works extracted from project documentation, tender documentation and existing 3D models (Navisworks, SmartPlant ...)

Formation of technical issues that appear in the project documentation and during the execution of works and their monitoring until the final closure. Maintaining a database of specified technical questions (TQ).

Work in software package "1C"
for the analysis and monitoring of the open front and the assembly process of technical pipelines through all technical phases (input of materials, spooling process, production of spools in the factory, testing of welded joints, painting, storage, handover to assembly and assembly), data entry from reports on completed works, monitoring of delivered elements/spools; data entry from the storage of due material; data preparation and entry into the Masterfile and sending a general/summarized production report on construction progress

Defining the priority of delivery of materials (pipes, valves, supports under pipes, etc.) and their monitoring. Work with the investor regarding the setting and priority setting of materials.

Division of facilities into zones (contractor packages).

Work on the preparation of drawings for production (spooling process in the SmartPlant Spoolgen software package)

Participation in the development of the assembly plan (method statement) with colleagues from another department responsible for its formation.

Formation of a plan / ganttogram / histogram / S curve of the installation of technical pipelines of industrial facilities and defining the critical path. Identification of risks and formation of reports and plans for solutions / monitoring of critical moments of the aforementioned planning.

Creation of a detailed / daily plan for the execution of works, creation of a technical task and formation
work order
with the displayed scope, norm and amount of hours required to complete the planned task. Monitoring the execution of the specified work order.

Controlling the process of changes in the project and maintaining their register. If necessary (depending on the project) formation of RLMD "red lines markup drawings".

Required qualifications/competencies:

VII degree of vocational education - Graduated mechanical engineering faculty

We consider candidates without experience / as well as with experience. Advantage in the field of construction of industrial facilities. International experience an advantage.

Analytical and detailed approach to work, responsibility, precision, organization, communication, teamwork, field work

Computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad/AutoCad 3D, knowledge of SmartPlant Spoolgen an advantage, knowledge of Primavera / Ms project)

Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage. Knowledge of the English language.
