Your role
With reference to the CFO, Trine Kalstrup Christensen, as a finance employee you will be responsible for payroll accounting as well as a number of other areas in the finance function. Your tasks will, among other things, include:

Payroll accounting (payroll administration for hourly employees and white-collar workers, monthly payroll, etc.)
Budgets and accounts
Preparation for audit in collaboration with CFO
Financial, creditor and debtor bookkeeping
Polls
Reports
Payments
Key figures
Controller tasks
Process optimizations
Ad hoc tasks

Our CFO is responsible for both finance and IT, and you will therefore work closely with your colleagues from IT, but also HR, supply chain, sales and production. We are currently implementing a new ERP system (BC), and you will also be involved in that project. In addition, there are other ongoing projects between finance and IT in which you will be involved. It will, among other things, be in connection with the development of reporting tools and processes.

Qualifications
We emphasize that you

has experience with payroll administration and payroll processing, including experience with collective agreements (preferably within Danish Industry)
have min. 3 years' experience with payroll accounting, e.g. from a position as bookkeeper, accounting officer, accountant, accountant's assistant, controller or similar
can independently carry out the work tasks inherent in the job
is flexible and willing to make an extra effort when necessary
is structured and has a systematic approach to tasks
contributes actively and positively to the cooperation in the finance function and with other departments
has solid experience with the use of financial systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) / BC
has a flair for IT and digital solutions, including payroll systems (e.g. Lessor) and time recording (e.g. Timemap)
is familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
have experience with Targit or other BI system
speaks and writes English at a negotiation level
has a maximum residence of 50 km. from Vrå

In addition, it will be an advantage if you have a relevant education in finance and accounting.
