Profile of the ideal candidate Education: Higher in the field of logistics, transport or similar. Experience: Minimum 3 years in transport or logistics management. Skills: Planning, organization and leadership skills. Knowledge: Road legislation, transport management software (TMS). Foreign languages: Knowledge of English (advantage). management: Category B (category C CE is an advantage). Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinating the fleet of vehicles and the team of dispatch drivers. Planning and optimizing routes for efficient deliveries. Monitoring operational performance and reporting to management. Maintaining relationships with customers and transport service providers.
