Then you can help create a good end to Danish F-16 history, a project that has great public and political attention. About us We are looking for a project manager for the F-16 office at the Defense Materiel and Procurement Agency in Ballerup. You will form a central part of the F-16 office's employees, whose purpose is to prepare F-16 combat aircraft and associated equipment for Argentina in the coming years. The task is solved by a dynamic team with a passion for projects who can see the meaning and purpose of the task. Furthermore, we are sure that the skills you will acquire in the position will be in high demand in and outside the Armed Forces. You do not need to have experience in selling military weapon systems, just the desire to be part of a strong team and an interest in acquiring new knowledge. However, it would be an advantage to have knowledge of military aircraft or another technical/operational background. We would like you to have an education in either project management, risk management or another relevant technical/operational background - let this be both from the Armed Forces or civilian. The defense's F-16 combat aircraft is a technological and modern capability that has served Denmark well, and is now also on its way to Argentina. About the position You help to support the Armed Forces' ability to sell vital equipment in a historic and critical project, where we enter into a broad collaboration across the Ministry of Defence's group and international relations consisting of other nations and suppliers. Employment with us is permanent, even if the nature of the assignment may change over time. As our colleague, we would like you to have good intuition, to be outgoing and outgoing. You strive for professional skill and analytical strength in problem solving, are independent and meet deadlines. The tasks that you will work with in everyday life will involve; The coordination of the project work and management of deliveries. Case processing, including case preparation and minutes in our journaling system. Carry out progress reporting and other communication about the project. Carry out planning and coordination work with direct contact with professional experts. Develop international relations with other nations and suppliers, including running professional forums. The organization of the work will take place in coordination with you, including the possibility of home working days. The position's permanent place of duty is, as a starting point, in Ballerup, but is flexible and will be determined on the basis of your specific place of residence in relation to the assignment. In addition, working days must be calculated elsewhere, e.g. at Flyverkommandoen in Karup, Fighter Wing Skrydstrup and Maintenance Area Aalborg, as well as a number of travel days at home and abroad. About you It is desirable that you have experience with implementing projects and/or building capacities. The position requires that you already have or will be able to obtain security clearance to minimum secret (HEM) before joining the position. Furthermore, it will be an advantage if you have experience in the following: Knowledge of structure and organizational structure in the Armed Forces. Experience with aircraft capabilities, preferably military. Technical case management. In addition, we emphasize that you have good written and oral presentation skills - both in Danish and English, as well as having impact and good negotiation skills. Terms of employment You are employed according to the applicable collective agreement with Academics in the State. You have the opportunity to negotiate a qualification supplement, and you get a full employer-paid pension. As an employee of the Ministry of Defence's group, you are covered by some special conditions.
