Payroll Accountant Athens - Korinthos A growing accounting and consulting company based in Greece and Dubai with 25+ employees is looking for an Payroll Accountant. Key responsibilities Collection, management and record keeping of monthly payroll data Participation in the calculation and control of payroll Integrated management of recruitments, departures and all kinds of staff changes and submission of forms to the respective public bodies (Ergani, Sepenet, etc) Monitoring leaves, illnesses, changes in work schedules of cook staff and submitting them to Ergani Time management, control and introduction to the payroll program Issuance and submission of monthly insurance and tax records Servicing employees and resolving labor and personnel insurance issues Participation in the management of staff benefits Participation in the Reporting of remuneration and employee benefits Monitoring and implementation of developments in labor and insurance legislation Key qualifications Degree in business/economics, HR management or any other related field Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position Very good knowledge of handling EpsilonNet Payroll softwares Strong English and Greek communication skills, both written and oral Good team-playing skills Extremely high work ethic and attention to confidentiality Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills For male applicants: military obligations must be fulfilled.
