District Baltorp consists of seven children's homes that are different, but as management of the entire district, we share tasks, and we are happy with each other when we succeed in the tasks together. Common to all four positions is that an educational leader is something special. As a professional educational leader, you bring with you a solid background in management as well as a passion for creating optimal learning environments for children aged 0-6 years. We are looking for managers who bring a strong ability to optimize communication with the house council and the children's parents. The house is a diverse and beautiful place. You must be an experienced manager who is good at involving the employees, and you must be close to practice in the form of sparring and professional pedagogical management. The kindergarten lacks a manager, and there is an opportunity to help shape the future yourself. The work requires recruitment, organization of the educational work, structuring and working with families who have different cultural backgrounds. You will have a skilled colleague - the other educational manager in the house - as a close partner, and there are plenty of opportunities to influence the development of the house. Grantoften Children's Home Here, over time, we have worked with common values ​​and a core task description for the whole house. Our children's home has a nursery department and a kindergarten department, we value collaboration across the departments highly, e.g. to ensure a smooth transition for the children from nursery to kindergarten. We are looking for a manager for the nursery department who will help to ensure the continued good development of the nursery. The children's home Hula Hop We need an experienced nursery manager who can help pave the way for a brand new children's home, where everyday life must be put together with employees, children and parents. The new department will be completed in the early autumn, so you will be allowed to help create it from scratch. You must be busy with movement and outdoor life, as we have a strong desire to have an orphanage with children on the move, in every possible way. The position here calls for a manager who has the desire, experience with and knowledge of how to build a brand new institution, Børnehuset Bispevangen We are an orphanage where the basic structure and everyday life are in place. The house has grown, and more children are continuously added. This means that there is a need for another educational manager in the orphanage.  We are looking for an educational manager for the kindergarten department, and here you can meet a group of staff who have been in the building for many years. The task as an educational leader is twofold. As the second part of the assignment, you must lead a new task force. It is an interdisciplinary and cross-sector group that, as something completely new, must be able to act as needed in the entire district. Capacity building, development of a learning environment or targeted efforts in a building – the variety is great and the possibilities many. You can help create and lead something completely new. We have approx. 200 employees, and we have approximately 650 children in the age group 0-5 years.
