Cleaning inspector with a focus on customer contact and quality follow-up

JMV Rengøring is looking for a committed and service-minded cleaning inspector who will be the link between our customers and the cleaning team. Can you lead, plan and ensure the profitable daily operation of the company's cleaning customers to the customer's full satisfaction, as well as seek out and challenge potential new services with existing customers? Then maybe it's you we're looking for.
Your primary tasks:
·         Ongoing customer contact and customer visits to ensure high quality and satisfaction
·         Preparation of quality reports and follow-up on customer needs
·         Identify and seek out potential upsell services with existing customers
·         Ensure cleaning schedules and work descriptions are up to date and available
·         Ensure correct invoicing of product consumption with business customers
·         Ad-hoc tasks across business areas at peak times, during illness and holidays
·         Step in and lend a hand in cleaning if the need arises in urgent cases
·         Close cooperation with other cleaning inspectors and management
We expect you to:
·         Has experience in cleaning and quality control
·         Has management experience and is used to working independently
·         Is flexible, structured and good at communicating
·         Proficient in written and spoken Danish
·         Has a driving license and is willing to drive throughout North Zealand
·         Is flexible and can be available at various times, including evenings and weekends
·         Becomes familiar with our IT-based operating system M_Solution and can help service assistants use the system
